There is this little restaurant near the West Gopuram of the Meenakshi Temple , கோப்பி ஐய்யங்கார், that I discovered rather late during my Madurai days. It was known for serving tasteful stuff (I assure you that I try desperately to avoid cheesy (un)intended puns) at one time. It seems to have changed hands and the name seems to have been retained purely for the brand name; Avoid that place if you can can.
Wun evening I got into the restaurant and was trying to figure out where to sit, when a bare bodied mama (yuxupt poonal) made his way to the front; He most probably worked in the kitchen and seemed to be somewhat agitated. He turned around to someone and blurted out:
இந்த பொழப்புல சாவு தான் ஒரே வழி ஒய்
